The recommendation with an id, of the ones made for the listener.

The listener's client to ask with.

The recommendation's id.

What to send beside the recommendation.

Promise<tPersonalRecommendationResponse>

What Apple answered: the recommendation under data.

TypeError if client is no client or an argument is not what it should be, before Apple is asked.
